Personal Description: She has long dark-brown hair which reaches until the middle of her back. She has a heart-shaped head, with big green eyes, a small sharp nose and soft, pale pink lips. She has very fair skin.
Aurora wears a white tube-top with a short-sleeved red leather jacket. Both the jacket and the tube-top end a short way above her belly-button. She pairs it with a pair of black leather pants and a white belt. Durable, but actually quite comfy and flexible. She tops it off (or bottoms it off) with a pair of black heels.
Aurora is really strong and her toned arms show off her strength. She's the type who doesn't care too much for the "delicate female" look and she and Ruby often have heated debates on Ruby's habit on concealing her toned build while Aurora prefers showing off her muscled arms.

Beast form: Burning Runner.
The Maestros are a strange family. Unlike the other families who usually have a specific beast form or a few select beast forms, the Maestros generally have strange beast forms that are quite rare and unique. No one knows why. Aurora and Sakura are good examples of this, but let's focus on Aurora first.
The Burning Runner is actually a rare species of bird that is a cross between a road-runner and a phoenix. They have the firepower and the appearance of phoenixes but with longer and stronger legs. They can fly too but prefer to run along on their strong legs, and can achieve great speeds.
Being so physically gifted, Runners generally prefer using their talons to kick and scratch, and using their powerful legs to escape. They do not care much for their fire-related abilities unless it is used to strengthen their physical attacks. Therefore, Runners(and Aurora in particular) who specialize in other elements rarely bother with their Fire Manipulation.

Element Preference: Earth. Although Aurora, being a Burning Runner, has a natural aptitude for fire, her other characteristics, such as her personality and her fighting style, are not compatible with it. Therefore, she doesn't use it much and prefers to manipulate Earth instead.
Abilities brought to Earth: Earth and Fire Manipulation.
Signature move: Tanker
Description of SM: Aurora is, by nature, a very strong and stable fighter. However, she doesn't care much for precision as long as she can get the job done. This explains her preference for earth manipulation and it also shows in her SM.
The Tanker allows Aurora to create an enormous giant shell of invisible force around herself, much like really thick armor or a robot suit to protect and fight with. It forms a sort of second body around her and it has hands and fingers too. When activated, she will appear to float in mid-air about 10 metres off the ground and a slight tremble in the air around her can be seen. Any actions she carries out will also be carried out by the Tanker and she can cause massive damage with it. A simple slap from her palm can break most barriers, and it takes A LOT of serious damage to actually break through the incredible defence that the Tanker provides.

Life Story:
Aurora and Sakura were orphaned and separated when they were still very young. Their parents died in a battle during a war between the previous generation of the Assembly of Lune and a group of rogue Leandasians who didn't like the special treatment that the Assembly got. Michael believed that these rogues were responsible for many of their parents deaths, but he couldn't prove it as the rogues had all been rounded up and wiped out before he was old enough to handle such things.
Aurora's Leandasian subconscience and her precious position in the descendance of the Maestros had caused her body to revert to its beast form and find shelter and protection for itself. You could say she had abandoned her sister, but her sister had actually left around the same time that she did and they were both too young to know any better.
She had spent almost a year or two living out in the wild, nothing but a mere beast, until she stumbled upon a hidden camp filled with Burning Runners. It turns out that they were an ancient, secret colony of Burning Runners that had cut themselves off from the world, seeking solace from the indifference that the rest of society treated them with simply because of their preference of runnig over flying and their supposed "lack of elegance" as compared to their more common and beautiful Phoenix cousins.
Aurora was still very young and in a state of shock so the colony simply welcomed her in and brought her up as one of their own. They were impressed with her talents and abilities (courtesy of her Maestronian blood, but they didn't know), and were very proud to have her there.
Despite her brawny appearence, Aurora had a calm and logical mind, and helped the colony in many ways and through many hardships. As she grew up, she quickly rose to become one of the leading members of the colony.
Soon after Aurora had become a member of the colony's Council, Michael and Brandon heard about Sakura's(yes, Sakura had already joined them) long lost sister. Upon finding out that she was a Burning Runner, they set out to look for her. Chance had led them to the colony and they had stayed there for a while, telling the members of the colony about their quest. The colony still didn't know where Aurora had come from so they told the two brothers that they didn't know anything about it.
Aurora, who still remembered her past, didn't want them to leave just yet, and she had taken a shine to the younger twin (that was how she thought of him. How she knew which was younger or how she could see any difference between the two is anybody's guess.) So she invited them to stay a while longer, reasoing that the journey must have been tiring and that they looked like they could use a rest.
Michael agreed when he saw the attraction between his brother and the young Council member. At the end of their stay, just as Brandon and Michael were about to take their leave (Brandon, somewhat reluctantly), Aurora revealed that she was the one they were looking for. Michael responded that he knew all along, but wanted Aurora to be willing to admit it herself.
So, Aurora said her goodbyes to the colony, thanked them for their support and she followed Michael and Brandon back to the Mansion. She and Brandon were so happy that they could be together and Michael left them to it since Aurora WAS an official member of the Assembly of Lune.

Michael and Brandon were very impressed with the skills and talents she already possessed. They didn't need to teach her much other than to polish up some of her abilities and skills and after that, she was good enough to develop them on her own.
